Vital Milk

Vital Milk offers lactation support and information backed by research evidence, and hope their services increase knowledge, confidence, and empowerment for mothers. They have been supporting mothers and babies as certified lactation counselors, certified nursing assistants, Woman Infant and Children (WIC) peer counselors and birth sisters/doulas. Furthermore, they have gained extensive resources over the years to support mothers in the postpartum period.
Visit Vital Milk's website to see if you're eligible to receive a double electric breast pump from Vital Milk as a benefit of your insurance plan. Breast pumps can also be ordered and picked up during office hours, or a home delivery (free of charge) can be requested.
View the Vital Milk Pamphlet for more information on office hours, research findings, and breast pump products.
Consult the instructions below for temperature and storage of breastmilk.
